Gregory Richterich is a native Oregonian, born in Portland. He graduated from The Dalles High School and Portland State University with degrees in biology and math. In the early 1970's he spent three years in Africa with the Peace Corps.

Dr. Richterich graduated cum laude from Oregon Health & Science University in 1980. He completed an internal medicine internship at Providence Medical Center in 1981 and a dermatology residency program at Oregon Health & Science University in 1984.

Since that time, Dr. Richterich has practiced medical and surgical dermatology in Eugene, Oregon. His practice emphasis is diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and surgery for skin cancer. His kind and caring nature is evident in the longevity of his many loyal patients.

Dr. Richterich is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. In addition, he is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Richterich enjoys hiking, skiing and is a marathon runner. He lives with his wife in Eugene, Oregon. They have two grown daughters.


  • Cassandra Jenkins, PA-C

Cassandra Jenkins was born and raised in Montana. She graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University with her Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics and a specialization in Health Promotion in 2009. Cassandra earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree as well as her Child Health Associate degree in May, 2013 from University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. In order to obtain the Child Health Associate degree, she completed additional coursework and hands-on training in pediatric clinical settings, including a full medical rotation at Children’s Hospital Colorado’s Dermatology Clinic.

She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed through the Oregon Medical Board. Cassandra is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Oregon Medical Association. Prior to starting at Cascade Dermatology, she worked as a surgical physician assistant in plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgery in Corvallis, Oregon.

Her practice focuses on the management of skin diseases, as well as skin cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment. She performs surgical procedures, including treatment for skin cancer. She has a special love and interest in treating the skin concerns of children and adolescents.

Outside of the office, Cassandra enjoys traveling, trail running, hiking, kickboxing, riding horses, making cold process soap, playing the piano, and spending time with her loved ones, including her cat, and two large dogs.
